How do you get fingerprint & handprints in Silver?
We send you our impression kit containing everything you need to collect both fingerprint and handprint impressions. The impression kit is very easy to use and only takes a few moments.
Simply return your impression to us in the pre paid envelope and we will create your piece.
Is it easy to take impressions?
Taking prints is a very easy to do, to help you achieve the best results please watch our video tutorial.
Within your kit your will also receive step by step instructions and diagrams to show you exactly what to do.
Are your impression kits safe to use?
Yes all of our materials are 100% safe.
Our ink-less wipe kit is used in hospitals around the world and completely harmless.
Is it real silver/gold?
Each piece of silver jewellery is solid 925 sterling silver
Our chains, bracelets and key fobs are all sterling silver and we guarantee the highest of quality.
Our gold jewellery is solid 9ct gold, with options for solid gold necklaces.
When can I expect to see whirls in a fingerprint?
Suitability – All ages are suitable but please bear in mind fingerprint whirls do develop with age. We recommend hand print jewellery for babies under 6 months. If fingerprint jewellery is your preferred choice please use the special wipe & sensitised paper to collect both fingerprints and handprints and then we can decide if there is enough detail to create fingerprint jewellery. I have seen very well defined fingerprint whirls in babies as young as 5 weeks.
How long will it take to make my jewellery?
Once we have received your order we will send you an impression kit within 2 working days.
When we receive your impressions, we aim to create your jewellery within 14-21 days.
If you would like your jewellery sooner please just ask and we will endeavour to have your jewellery made in time for your special occasion.
How will I know when you have received my impressions safely?
We feel Its important to keep our customers up to date on their order at all times.
We will email to confirm your order then when we receive your impressions, and when we have made the final touches to your jewellery before sending it to you by trackable post.
How do I look after my jewellery?
Handle with care and prevent bangs where possible and try to protect all jewellery from sharp blows, harsh chemicals, sunlight and extreme temperatures.
A polishing cloth can be used to brighten your jewellery or have it professionally cleaned at a jewellers.
