From specialising in the creation of fingerprint jewellery to now dedicating my work at The MemorySmith to end of life evolved from one day back in 2011.

In 2011 I took a phone call that changed my whole life. The call was from a Sydney Children’s hospital needing assistance in collecting a sweet baby boys fingerprints that had passed away.

The whole experience was filled with so many emotions but the one that stood out, was the realisation that what I would create, would be such an incredible gift, something they could touch and feel for years to come, something that was unique to their loved one, bringing comfort.

I’ve now been blessed spending time with many individuals experiencing their own end of life wanting to leave a legacy, families loosing and lost a loved one, funeral homes and other end of life specialists and feel passionate that we can make a real difference.

If you do know of someone going through end of life in some way or an end of life specialist, I hope they find The MemorySmith so we can work together having the opportunity to feel connected with our ancestors and loved ones for years to come.
